Lindsey Morgan

Born and raised in Dallas,TX Lindsey began her dance training at the age of 3 years old. She is a University of Texas at Dallas graduate and holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Early Education with a concentration in Child Development. Lindsey has received top tier dance training from professionals across the country such as , Marty Kudelka, Jenna Dewan, Jason Parsons, Justin Giles, and Kevin Brown. As a facilitator of both dance and education, Lindsey partnered with co - founder and artistic director Gregory Dolbashian in 2019 to form The DASH Academy, an artistic training program for young artists seeking higher education in dance movement and academic studies. Lindsey received the title of Managing Director for professional dance company The DASH Ensemble during their relocation from NYC to Dallas in 2020. In conjunction with owning and operating DASH Academy and managing The DASH Ensemble, Lindsey is currently creating a curriculum, Mindfulness for Artists, in which she facilitates to adolescent artists as well as artists in the collegiate and professional world such as The DASH Ensemble, Limon2, Sam Houston University, The Forum, and DASH Academy. Lindsey continues to travel across the country training students ages 5 to 21 in jazz, hip hop, body technique, contemporary, and mental skills training for artists. In addition to her master classes, Lindsey also conducts teacher training sessions in classroom management and child development while also reviewing and developing studio curriculum.  Lindsey was most recently featured as Superwomen Spotlight for Dallas’ Women in the Know organization in the spring of 2022 for her work in art, dance education, and development. Most recently she has joined Amplified Productions where she is the SPARKS director for both Adrenaline, Revive, and National Dance Honors. Lindsey is excited to co-direct National Dance Honors new career advisement program Propel:Future in Motion launching summer 2025. While Lindsey loves traveling and teaching dance artists and educators her favorite job and greatest joy is being a mom to her daughter Addelyn.

Gregory Dolbashian

Born and raised in New York City, Gregory received his dance training at the Alvin Ailey School before graduating cum laude from SUNY Purchase Dance Conservatory. His choreographic work has been commissioned by Juilliard, Princeton University, Point Park University, NYU Tisch, Montclair State, Marymount Manhattan and Fordham/Ailey, as well as major training programs such as UNCSA Summer Study, LINES Ballet, Earl Mosley’s Diversity of Dance, and MOVENYC’s YP & S.W.E.A.T programs. He has held adjunct faculty positions at SUNY Purchase, NYU Tisch, and The Hartt School and served as a choreographic mentor for American Ballet Theatre’s Incubator and MOVENYC’s SWEAT LAB.

Gregory, alongside Lindsey Morgan, is the co-founder and artistic director of The DASH Academy, a daytime pre-professional training program in dance arts and education. His professional company, The DASH Ensemble, debuted in 2010, with performances at The JOYCE Theater, New York Live Arts, Baryshnikov Arts, and Guggenheim Works & Process, in addition to national touring. His work has been commissioned by leading ballet companies and globally recognized principal dancers, specifically Daniil Simkin, Jeffrey Cirio, and Hee Seo. Company commissions include Atlanta Ballet, St. Louis Ballet, Hamptons Dance Project, Cirio Collective, and Ballet Austin, as well as contemporary companies such as Dallas Black Dance Theatre, LA Contemporary Dance Company, TU Dance, Northwest Dance Project, Owen/Cox, and Dark Circles Contemporary Dance. Gregory’s work has also received major festival commissions including American Dance Festival and also The Venice Biennale in partnership with Madison Square Park.

Gregory has been on faculty at Broadway Dance Center, Peridance Center, Gibney Dance, STEPS on Broadway, The Martha Graham School, Ballet Hispánico. With Loni Landon, he is also the co-founder of The Playground NYC, recognized as one of Dance Magazine’s “25 to Watch”. His choreography has been honored with awards such as the Hubbard Street 2 International Competition, Ballet Austin’s New American Talent, DanceNOW at Joe’s Pub audience award and NorthWest Dance Project’s Pretty Creatives Award.
