A NOTE FROM PAM
My class focuses on a mixture of styles ranging from Contemporary, Modern and Jazz.
It requires focusing on details, intent and texture. I love transitions and clear trajectories that become pathways to connect movement. Come as you are, give yourself grace, and set an intention based on what you need for your heart, mind and body.
I suggest you take my class barefoot or in socks.
