MIA
DEWEESE
A NOTE FROM MIA
My class focuses on nuanced storytelling through dynamic movements. You will access a full range of motion with emphasis on musicality, focus, level changes, and jazz and contemporary techniques.
It requires an open heart and mind, and a willingness to push through muscular and cardiovascular fatigue to reach the fullest capacity of movement.
I suggest you wear clothes that flow and a pair of socks to allow for silky transitions.
